Delete your Cruva account
Deleting your account is permanent. You won't be able to sign back in, and we can't restore it for you.
Deleted for good
- Your profile, email address and phone number
- Every linked TikTok account, and the access we hold to it
- Your brand memberships and your place in every conversation
- Push notifications to any device you signed in on
Kept, no longer linked to you
- Campaigns you took part in and the videos you submitted — the brand's record of work it commissioned
- Payout records, which we are required to keep for tax and accounting
- Messages you already sent, which stop showing your name
If you have a payout still in progress, finish it first — deleting removes the payment account it would arrive in.
